OMLETA CU QUINOA SI LEGUME

O varianta consistenta de mic dejun.

Quinoua 50gr

2 oua (recomand biologice)

o ceapa mica

1/2 ardei gras

dovlecel

sare, piper, ulei de masline, ierburi aromatice

Quinoa se fierbe, se scurge de apa si asteapta cuminte pana tocati legumele, le caliti usor in tigaie cu putin ulei de masline, bateti ouale cu sare, piper si ierburi aromatice(minunat e busuiocul proaspat).

Turnati ouale peste legume, apoi adaugati quinoua si amestecati. Nu fa fi o omleta aratoasa, adica nu va asteptati sa stea intr-o bucata, dar gustul ei minunat va lasa criteriile estetice in plan secund.
